The FranchiseAdvisor is founded in 2005 but can rely on already 20 years of experience in franchise. The owner, Bart van der Schoot, formerly worked as a manager at different kinds of franchise organisations. With these experiences he is fulfilling a requirement of his customers with sharing experiences and knowledge. Our customers can rely on a confidential cooperation and high educated employees. Due to the variety of questions which occur in developing a franchise formula, we have closed exclusive contracts with for example Mazars Accountancy.
Our business model is based on learning how to franchise with a fundament of documents like strategy development, contracts, Franchise manual. On the other site we are offering operational formula management back up like mediation, chairman of franchise meetings, acquisition of new franchisees or Marketing and Communication (eg. Internet visibility)
We are specialised in building a new strategy model with the Business Canvas Model.

Most of our customers are developing a franchise in the Netherlands, although more often International expansion occurs. Mostly in countries like Germany and Belgium, but we have also been active in the United States and other countries. Our main knowledge is founded in franchise in the Netherlands. Franchise is our core business. That means that we are specialists and we like to share our experiences.
